The human body is wired with 2 different types of Nervous Systems:
The Central Nervous System contains the brain, and the spinal cord. The brain controls how we think, feel, and behave. For example, if you touch a hot stove, your brain will instantly tell you to move your hand. A physical response is initiated by your brain based on a disruption in your neurological senses. This is what most people are familiar with.
The Autonomic Nervous System is made up of 2 micro systems, sympathetic (fight & flight) and parasympathetic (rest & digest). It's what causes us to think, feel, and behave in ways that are driven by unconscious patterns and which generate automatic responses. This is what keeps us safe and alive. Most are living with a dysregulated nervous system. Through past negative and traumatic experiences our Autonomic Nervous System can be stuck in a dysregulated pattern of fight or flight, or freeze and fawn.
By unlocking your Autonomic Nervous System and by-passing your conscious thinking mind, you will be able to go deeper into all the programming, limiting beliefs and inner child wounding. There is no quicker way to get there than through your Breath.
